Meditation is the best way I know to wake up to the ground of being, our most fundamental nature, or ‘true self’ as some call it.

The royal road to Eastern enlightenment, as practiced for thousands of years by thousands of people. On the one hand, it is a journey of discovery about reality and seeks to bring experiential answers to some of the biggest questions: What is life? Who am I? What is consciousness? What is the relationship between mind and body?

Meditation is also about capacity-building: learning to be present, to be mindful, to be more spacious inside, to be more alert and alive, to be more serene and compassionate. And it is a lot easier to meditate with others – both in terms of discipline and effectiveness.

Over the last few years, we have also found that of all online group activities, meditation works one of the best.
